岗位职责:
The HRBP Leader will report directly to the CHRO and will serve as a leader, overseeing a team that supports the commercial functions across dozens of branches. The primary responsibility is to drive the transfer of the competency model for sales personnel, ensuring its implementation, refinement, performance evaluation, and certification. Additionally, the role will play a crucial part in executing HR transformation projects during the company’s business expansion.HRBP 负责人将直接向首席人力资源官(CHRO)汇报,并担任领导角色,监督一个支持数十个分支机构商业职能的团队。其主要职责是推动销售人员能力模型的转移,确保其实施、优化、绩效评估和认证。此外,该职位在公司业务扩展期间执行人力资源转型项目中也将发挥关键作用。
任职要求:
The ideal candidate should have 10-15 years of solid HRBP experience, with a proven track record of supporting nationwide commercial teams.
